The boy is 10 years old and plays for the San Lorenzo club in Mar del Plata. He dreams of taking a picture with the national team goalkeeper and getting help to get a prosthetic.

Jeremías's story is one of someone who always maintains a dream despite the obstacles that life presents. At 10 years old, the boy thinks big and wants to be a goalkeeper like Emiliano "Dibu" Martínez, his true idol. Like the Aston Villa goalkeeper, he is from Mar del Plata.

Jeremías' touching story went viral in the networks a few days ago when he and his brother Byron were able to get to the foot of the stage to greet the idol. "Dibu" signed his glove, a jersey and one of the figurines from the 2022 World Cup album.

Jeremias' story of overcoming: "Nothing stops him".

Jeremías lives with his family in Mar del Plata, although his mother is from Termas de Río Hondo, Santiago del Estero.

When he was two years old, he put his right arm in a clothes dryer and doctors had to amputate it.

In his family, Jeremías always received the support that everything is possible.

"Nothing stops him," said Daiana, his mom. "Even though he is missing an arm, he wanted to be an archer and he got it. He studied normally and trains like any other boy," she acknowledged.

"Everything is difficult, but Jeremías knows about challenges. When he was asked about how he managed to save with only one arm, the 1 did not shrink. "I earn it. If I want to be a goalkeeper, I have to play".

Jeremías longs to be able to meet "Dibu" Martínez to give him a hug. "We would also like him to help us get a prosthesis for his arm. Every year he undergoes an operation because the bone keeps growing and the only way to stop that growth is with a prosthesis", said his mother.

According to her, she works in an informal way and does not have a social security system that would allow her to get a prosthesis. "I appeal to the help of "Dibu", so that my son can not only meet him, but also help him to get a prosthesis to improve my son's quality of life", concluded the woman.
